Shipping Policy

At Techo, we manufacture every product with care and ship it with the same attention. Once your order leaves our facility, we want it to reach you quickly, safely and in perfect condition — and we keep you informed at every step.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the product dimensions, weight and your delivery location. The exact amount is displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment — there are no hidden charges.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days — we will notify you if there is any delay

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your courier partner, local conditions, public holidays and circumstances beyond our control. Techo is not liable for courier delays once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us:


Delivery to a Single Address Per Order

Each order is shipped to a single delivery address specified at the time of checkout. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.


Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the shipment. Please ensure:

  • A valid and complete delivery address is entered at checkout
  • Someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
  • Your phone number is correct so the courier can contact you

Techo is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, or the customer being unavailable across all delivery attempts. Re-shipping charges will apply for orders returned due to failed delivery and subsequently re-dispatched.


Product Showing as Delivered — But Not Received?

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

Step 1 — Check with neighbours, security staff, household members or your building reception — couriers sometimes leave packages with them

Step 2 — If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date:

Step 3 — We will raise an investigation with the courier partner on your behalf. Investigation timelines are set by the courier company and typically take 7–10 business days

Step 4 — Once the investigation is complete, we will update you on the outcome and next steps

Important: Non-delivery complaints raised more than 7 days after the marked delivery date cannot be investigated or actioned. Please report promptly.


Damaged Parcel at Delivery

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery if damage is severe — ask the courier to mark it as "Damaged" and return it
  • If you do accept it, photograph the outer packaging and product immediately before opening fully
  • Report to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs — damaged parcel claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted

Shipping to Remote or Unserviceable Areas

Certain remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is unserviceable, you will be notified after placing your order and a full refund will be issued. You may also contact us before ordering to verify serviceability at your location.


Bulk Orders — Special Shipping Terms

Orders placed under our Bulk Orders programme are subject to separate shipping arrangements. Delivery timelines, charges and courier partners for bulk orders are confirmed at the time of order processing. Contact us at info@technoindia.com for bulk order shipping details.


Important Notes

  • Techo ships across India only — we do not currently ship internationally
  • Each shipment contains the products listed in your order confirmation — please verify contents immediately upon receipt
  • Techo is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or other force majeure events
  • All shipping timelines are business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
