At Techo India, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition with original packaging.

Any issue related to damage, manufacturing defect, quantity mismatch, or product description mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

In cases of empty box delivery or missing items, the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
Return Conditions

The product should be unused or only tried once and must not show signs of regular or improper use.

Supporting evidence (clear images or videos) is mandatory for verification and approval of any return request.

All return, replacement, or refund requests will be processed only after the product is received back by Techo India and successfully passes quality inspection.

Products returned with physical damage, improper handling, missing accessories, manuals, or damaged/tampered packaging will not be eligible for replacement or refund and will be sent back to the customer.

Returns will not be accepted in cases where the customer does not want the product despite it matching the description and specifications mentioned on the website.
Refund & Replacement Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.

Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original mode of payment within the standard processing timeline.
