Return & Refund Policy

At Techo India, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition with original packaging.

  • Any issue related to damage, manufacturing defect, quantity mismatch, or product description mismatch must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • In cases of empty box delivery or missing items, the complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

Return Conditions

  • The product should be unused or only tried once and must not show signs of regular or improper use.

  • Supporting evidence (clear images or videos) is mandatory for verification and approval of any return request.

  • All return, replacement, or refund requests will be processed only after the product is received back by Techo India and successfully passes quality inspection.

  • Products returned with physical damage, improper handling, missing accessories, manuals, or damaged/tampered packaging will not be eligible for replacement or refund and will be sent back to the customer.

  • Returns will not be accepted in cases where the customer does not want the product despite it matching the description and specifications mentioned on the website.

Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original mode of payment within the standard processing timeline.

Techo India reserves the right to accept or reject any return request on a case-to-case basis, depending on the issue reported and supporting evidence provided by the customer.
